Mass Move

Moving inventory relocates items to another storage location. With the mass move option, you are able to move the location of inventory items from one site-location to another site-location.

Note: The entries on forms throughout the application may be scanned or keyed. When a drop-down field is available, an entry may be also selected from a drop-down list.

Important: The mass move function moves all inventory in a location to another location. To move a single item from one location to another, use the Single Move option.

Note: In order to perform a mass move, the role of the logged-in user must include the Inventory Mass Move feature.

1. From the Main form, select the Move button > Single Move option. If you have the Assets feature, select the Move button > Consumables > Single Move option.

2. The Mass Move - Consumables form appears.

3. At this form, enter the Site-Location from which you are moving the location inventory in the From Site and From Location fields.
4. Next, enter the Site-Location to which you are moving the location inventory in the To Site and To Location fields.
5. Select the Save icon to process the move. (To cancel the move, select the Cancel icon.)
6. After the move is processed, the form clears, indicating that the system is ready to perform another mass move.
7. When you are finished at this form, select the Cancel icon to close the Mass Move form and return to the Main form.

9. IntelliTrack Mobile Batch: the move information is placed in the upload table and will be integrated into the main database after the data is uploaded to the main IntelliTrack and processed into the main database.
